Tamarisk Marketing ("Tamarisk Marketing," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tamariskmarketing.com (the "Site"), including our AI chatbot, contact form, booking calendar, and client design questionnaire, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and business/act name, when you submit the contact form, chat with our AI assistant, fill out the client questionnaire, or book a consult call.
• Messages and conversation content — anything you type to our chatbot, write in the contact form, or answer on the design questionnaire.
• Files you choose to upload — such as logos, brand assets, or photos/video submitted through the client questionnaire.
• Booking details — appointment date, time, and related scheduling information when you book a consult call through our calendar.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as standard web server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type) collected by our hosting provider — the same basic information most websites collect.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the information you asked for
• To schedule, confirm, and remind you about consult calls or appointments
• To follow up about our services if you've expressed interest
• To operate and improve our AI chatbot's ability to answer questions accurately

How We Share Information

We're a small, solo-operated business. We use a limited set of trusted service providers to actually run the Site and respond to you — each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your messages to our chatbot in order to generate a response.
• Supabase — securely stores lead, booking, and questionnaire information.
• Twilio — delivers SMS text notifications related to your inquiry, where you've opted in.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups).
• Cal.com — powers our embedded booking calendar; scheduling data you enter there is also subject to Cal.com's own privacy policy.
• Netlify — hosts the Site and processes file uploads submitted through the client questionnaire.
• Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this Site; your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tamarisk Marketing or others.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our chatbot uses your browser's session storage (not a persistent cookie) to remember your conversation while you're on the Site — it's automatically cleared once you close the tab. Our embedded booking calendar (Cal.com) may set its own cookies to function correctly, governed by its own policy. We don't currently use tracking or advertising cookies; if that changes, we'll update this policy accordingly.

Data Retention

We keep the information above for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide our services, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your Choices" below.

Your Choices

• Access, correct, or delete your information: email us at tamariskmarketing@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
• Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text at any time, or contact us directly.
• Opt out of email follow-up: reply to any email asking to be removed, or contact us directly.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
