These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tamariskmarketing.com (the "Site"), including our AI chatbot, contact form, and embedded booking calendar. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Note: these Terms cover use of the website itself. If you become a paying client, the actual marketing services we provide (website builds, chatbot management, SEO, social media, etc.) are governed by a separate signed service agreement between you and Tamarisk Marketing — these Terms don't replace that agreement.

Who We Are

Tamarisk Marketing is a solo-operated marketing agency building websites, AI chatbots, and automation for studio owners and entertainers. You can reach us at tamariskmarketing@gmail.com.

Using Our AI Chatbot

• Our chatbot is provided for general information about our services, pricing, and how to get in touch — it's not a substitute for a direct conversation, especially for anything time-sensitive or important.
• While we work to keep it accurate, the chatbot may occasionally give an incomplete or imperfect answer. If something the chatbot tells you seems off, please confirm directly with us before relying on it.
• Please don't submit sensitive information through the chat — things like payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information. It isn't designed to collect that, and we don't want it.

Booking a Call

Our consult call scheduler is powered by Cal.com. When you book, cancel, or reschedule through it, you're also subject to Cal.com's own terms. We'll do our best to honor scheduled times, but calls may occasionally need to be moved — we'll always reach out directly if that happens.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site or chatbot for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Site or its chatbot
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation for other visitors

Intellectual Property

The content, design, branding, and code of this Site belong to Tamarisk Marketing unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to browse and share it, but please don't copy or reuse it for your own commercial purposes without asking first.

No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site or chatbot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tamarisk Marketing isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information from the chatbot.

The Site links to or embeds third-party services (like Cal.com). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
